Airtel rolls out 4G in Punjab

Bharti Airtel has extended 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) services to three cities in the Punjab circle, Business Line reports. Chinese vendor ZTE was tasked with the rollout, which saw the high speed mobile broadband service made available in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. The expansion builds on Bharti’s existing 4G footprint in Calcutta, Bangalore and Pune.
