Telekom Slovenije wins latest court decision over T-2

14 Mar 2013

Ljubljana District Court has ruled against Slovenian alternative telco T-2 in the latest decision regarding a dispute stretching back to 2007 when T-2 claimed Telekom Slovenije abused its dominant market position by obstructing wholesale VDSL broadband access. The court rejected T-2’s damages claim against the incumbent PSTN operator of EUR129.56 million (USD168.48 million) plus interest backdated to January 2007, and instead ordered T-2 to pay Telekom EUR27,000 expenses.
