Saudi Telecom Company (STC) has revealed that its Long Term Evolution (LTE) network now reaches more than 2,500 sites across the country, with coverage expected to grow to 90% of the country by the end of 2014. The company also announced that its 3G network now stands at more than 6,700 sites, while its fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network extends to more than 1,600 sites and 300,000km. STC says that its networks handle more than 90% of data traffic in Saudi Arabia.
