UKE hands Vectra a second fine

Broadband TVC News writes that Polish cableco Vectra has been issued a PLN200,000 (USD63,562) fine by watchdog the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) for breaching its duties regarding the processing and protection of subscriber information. The fine follows on the heels of a PLN350,000 penalty handed to Vectra in late December 2012 for failing to disclose important information to end users.
