Swedish telecoms regulator Post & Telestyrelsen (PTS) has told TeliaSonera to lower its fixed line interconnection prices by 17 January. The watchdog regards TeliaSonera has holding significant market power, and therefore its interconnection rates must be based on costs. PTS has determined that this is not currently the case.
