Enigmatic MVNO suggests that it will become Romania’s first re-seller

Little known Enigma Systems has revealed that it intends to become Romania’s first mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), Ziarul Financiar reports, citing an interview with the company’s owner, Michael Euthymius. On the company’s new website, it suggests that it will aim to target under-served or niche markets, rather than simply ‘selling the same thing in a different box’.
