Algar picks RADCOM to monitor mobile network performance

Brazilian fixed and mobile operator Algar Telecom (formerly CTBC) has selected leading service assurance provider RADCOM to provide a complete monitoring solution on its mobile networks. Under the plan, the vendor will supply Algar with its Omni-Q Service Assurance Solution, which is designed to monitor voice and data services of the cellco’s traffic to improve network quality of service (QoS) and the end user experience.
