Telekom Slovenije has scotched rumours that it plans to sell its Macedonian subsidiary ONE, with president Rudolf Skobo quoted by newspaper Dnevnik as saying that the firm would ‘remain for a hundred years’ in the country. The Slovenian government is looking at various scenarios for a stake sale at Telekom, including privatising the parent company or offloading foreign units which also include IPKO in Kosovo, Gibtelecom in Gibraltar, Aneks (including BlicNet) in Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Albania’s Primo.
