Play looks to close national roaming deal with PTC

Polish cellco P4, which operates under the ‘Play’ banner, is finalising a national roaming agreement with Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (PTC, T-Mobile Poland) according to Rpkom. TeleGeography’s GlobalComms Database notes that the cellco has an existing deal with Polkomtel, signed in 2006 to patch up gaps in its network coverage on its entry into the market. A further agreement was then signed with Orange Poland (previously known as PTK Centertel) in 2010.
