Vodafone Hungary launches DC-HPSA+ technology

Vodafone Hungary has doubled maximum data transmission rates on parts of its network from 21Mbps to 42Mbps, through the deployment of dual-carrier, evolved high speed packet access (DC-HSPA+) technology. DMEurope writes that in the initial phase, the cellco will offer DC-HSPA+ in 101 localities, including main cities, thanks to the upgrade – which was carried out by Huawei.
