Judge orders CFC to annul dominance ruling

Reuters reports that a Mexico City judge has ordered the country’s competition watchdog, the Federal Competition Commission (CFC), to void a 2008 resolution declaring that America Movil, Telefonica and Iusacell had dominant power over interconnection and were potentially anti-competitive. America Movil had argued that the CFC did not give the company enough time to present its own position.
