1 Sep 2011

Greece’s largest alternative broadband provider ForthNet has reported 3.8% growth in first-half revenues to EUR105.8 million (USD152.6 million), driving a 35% rise in adjusted EBITDA to EUR23.7 million. Following the net addition of more than 12,000 local loop unbundling (LLU) customers in the second quarter, ForthNet’s LLU subscriber base reached 472,000 at the end of June 2011, which it said gave it a market share in the LLU segment of around 31%, based on the company’s own reckoning.
