The Dutch mobile market has welcomed its latest player, with the announcement that MVNO Stunt Mobiel has launched services through a tie-up with T-Mobile Netherlands. Telecompaper reports that the newcomer plans to compete on price and offer special services targeted at younger users. The MVNO’s new plans will not require a minimum contract period and will charge on a per-second basis (after the first 60 seconds of the call). Stunt Mobiel will also give its customers 200 ‘free’ on-net call minutes per month, it said. At launch five tariff plans are offered: Small (75 voice minutes/SMS for EUR4.50), Medium (150 voice minutes/SMS for EUR6.95), Large (200 voice minutes/SMS for EUR8.95), XL (300 voice minutes/SMS for EUR12.95) and Kids (EUR2.50 per month with a cap of 30 voice minutes/SMS per month; it can be added to another subscription).
