24 Mar 2011

Hong Kong-based fixed line telco Wharf T&T has posted annual revenues for 2010 of HKD1.68 billion (USD216 million), and operating profit (EBIT) of HKD201 million, only marginally changed from 2009’s results of HKD213 million EBIT on revenues of HKD1.65 billion. Network CAPEX in 2010 rose to HKD352 million, up from HKD287 million the previous year, as the company achieved a target of expanding its ‘Fibre-To-The-Desk’ direct fibre network to 95% of business customers in the territory.
