Polish state-controlled mining group KGHM, the owner of alternative wireline operator Telefonia Dialog, has reiterated its intention to sell the telco. The copper producer, which is also looking to divest its stake in cellco Polkomtel, has reportedly sent documents presenting Dialog to potential buyers. Rival Polish telco Netia has indicated it could be interested in acquiring Dialog. KGHM is hopeful of completing the sale of Dialog by the end of the second quarter, and may be seeking up to USD300 million for the operator.
