T-2 forced to begin debt settlement

17 Jan 2011

The Municipal Court in Maribor has begun forced debt settling proceedings over alternative Slovenian telco T-2, with creditors given a month, until 14 February 2011, to submit their claims, reports Finance.si. T-2 is legally bound to pay an advance for costs of forced debt settling in the amount of EUR33,000 (USD44,000) within 15 days of receiving the court’s ruling, otherwise the court will announce the start of bankruptcy proceedings. T-2’s creditors include incumbent telco Telekom Slovenije.
