Cosmic: Telekom’s inter-planetary takeover

Telekom Slovenije said on Thursday it has acquired all outstanding equity in its multimedia and services integration subsidiary Planet 9, seenews.com reports. In a filing with the Ljubljana bourse, the Slovenian incumbent telco said it had purchased a 50% share in Planet 9 from another group subsidiary, domestic cellco Mobitel.
