As from 1 November 2010, Ukrainian incumbent telco Ukrtelecom has announced that its upgraded ADSL2+ broadband internet access packages with maximum speeds of up to 24Mbps/3Mbps (download/upload) will be available to subscribers in more than 50 cities of Ukraine.
