EKIP calls tender for universal telecoms service licence

The Montenegrin Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (EKIP) has launched a tender to award a five-year universal telecoms service licence. The regulator will select the best offer based on: the ability to provide the entire universal service (or individual components of universal service to a particular area); the

cost of service; the price of service; and the technological capacity of the network. Interested parties have until 25 November to submit their offer, with a winner to be announced within 30 days. More details are available at www.ekip.me
