Qubee awards USD7.2m WiMAX modem contract for Pakistan, Bangladesh

Wireless broadband network operator Augere Holdings has handed a USD7.2 million contract to GreenPacket for supplying WiMAX modems to its subsidiaries in Bangladesh and Pakistan, which both operate under the Qubee brand name. Augere’s marketing director Alistair Johnson said, ‘We chose GreenPacket’s Shuttle modem because of its high-gain antennas that give impressive indoor and outdoor signal quality performance during testing.’
