MNVO Netfone launches mobile internet offer

Hungarian mobile virtual network operator (MNVO) Netfone Tavkozlesi Szolgaltato (Netfone) has launched a mobile internet service to complement its portfolio of cable TV and fixed broadband internet services, MTI reports. The MVNO’s new service is being offered through a partnership agreement with its host network operator, Vodafone. Netfone currently has around 40,500 customers through partnerships with 32 cablecos and ISPs, and provides direct services for 2,700 corporate clients. It is forecasting revenue of HUF630 million (USD2.89 million) this year, a near-doubling of the turnover booked in fiscal 2009; net income in 2010 is expected to reach HUF50 million.
