MTel to delist from NYSE, paper says

Hungary’s dominant telecoms operator Magyar Telekom (MTel) plans to delist its shares from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), while remaining listed on the Budapest bourse, a report in the Hungarian business weekly Figyelo says without citing sources. Dow Jones Newswires adds that MTel’s majority shareholder Deutsche Telekom, which holds 59.2% of the telco, will also delist from the NYSE.
