12 May 2010

Orange UK and T-Mobile UK have revealed that their joint venture will be called Everything Everywhere (EE). EE will operate the network but the separate Orange and T-Mobile brands will be retained, and each brand will have its own shops, marketing campaigns, promotions and service centres. The two companies will be officially integrated as EE on 1 July 2010. At 31 March the combined entity had more than 30 million subscribers, including 860,000 broadband customers.
