23 Mar 2010

The Australia Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has restructured its Communications Group with a view to creating a division clearly focused on the National Broadband Network (NBN) and issues related to it, iTWire reports. Following the restructuring the Communications Group is now made up of three separate branches: NBN Engagement and Industry Compliance; Access Operations and Pricing; and Convergence Coordination and Mobility. The new units replace the Compliance and Regulatory Operations Branch and the Strategic Analysis and Development Branch.
