A final ruling on the shareholding dispute between Egyptian telecom group Orascom Telecom and France Telecom relating to mobile operator Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (MobiNil) has once again been pushed back. According to Bloomberg, Judge Hamdi Yassin, who is responsible for issuing the final judgement, has said that the court will not rule on the matter until 27 March. This is the second such delay; as previously reported by CommsUpdate, last month the court announced that it would delay a ruling on the matter until 6 March.
