TT launches new per second billing system

Tunisie Telecom (TT) has announced the launch of ‘Segounda’, a per-second billing system. Under the new system calls made on the telcos local landline or GSM network will be charged at 5 millimes per second, instead of a set per minute billing rate as previously used.
