TDC boosts shareholding in Danish MVNE UnoTel to 100%

Danish telecoms operator TDC has announced the acquisition of the remaining 80% in local mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) UnoTel it does not already own. ZitCom, the previous owner of the stake, said it decided to divest its shareholding in UnoTel in order to concentrate on its core business of IT platform development. TDC has held a 20% stake in the company since 2007.
