SpeedNet’s international service back on ‘with difficulty’

25 Nov 2009

Belizean mobile operator SpeedNet Communications (SMART) has reported that it has restored its international call services, but with ‘some technical difficulties’. On Friday, telecoms regulator the Public Utilities Commission suggested that BTL reconnect the SMART service until an amicable solution is worked out.
