ForthNet confirms amongst 29 interested in Wind Hellas

Hellas II, the holding company of Greek full-service telecoms operator Wind Hellas, has confirmed that it was contacted by 29 interested parties about the acquisition of assets of the company, while an unspecified number of them resulted in non-binding offers, Reporter.gr writes. Hellas II plans to ask for binding bids around mid-October. Greek alternative fixed line and broadband provider ForthNet has confirmed that it submitted a non-binding bid for Wind Hellas, but refrained from providing details of its offer, stressing a strict confidentiality agreement.
