Budget Telecom introduces purADSL plan

29 Sep 2009

Budget Telecom, which has established a niche for itself in the French fixed and mobile sector by offering low-cost service packages, has launched a fully unbundled plan ‘Club Budget purADSL’, promising customers a 10Mbps ADSL connection without having to pay line rental to France Telecom. DMeurope reports Budget Telecom is introducing the new plan in three flavours: internet only for EUR34.90 (USD51.07) per month, internet access plus two hours of calls to mainland fixed line numbers for EUR27.90 per month, or internet access plus unlimited calls to domestic fixed line numbers for EUR39.90 a month. In addition, purADSL enables free calls between Club Budget customers, while calls to mobile numbers cost EUR0.099 per minute (peak) or EUR0.029 (off peak) to Orange and SFR, and EUR 0.149 and EUR0.099 to Bouygues Telecom.
