Du TV+ has been available to new home customers in areas covered by the telco’s fixed line network since 1 July, and from 15 August existing customers will be migrated to the new service in stages by swapping set-top boxes, with the upgrade being delivered free of charge. According to the report, 1,000 customers have already subscribed to the new service since its launch. Subscriptions for TV+ include a personal recordable decoder and a basic TV package of over 130 channels for AED55 (USD14.97) per month.
