Hong Kong’s largest telco PCCW (HKT) has launched a new PC-based videocalling service based on GIPS VideoEngine technology. The quadruple-play operator has implemented the GIPS solution to power its PC ‘softphone’ (access-independent) VoIP telephony service, 0060 Everywhere.
