MobileOne signs 2G network upgrade deal with NSN

Singapore’s third largest cellco by subscribers, MobileOne, has inked a network modernisation deal with Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN). The vendor will add internet protocol (IP) capabilities to the operator’s 2G network in a project expected to be complete by 2011. No financial details have been disclosed.
