Tiscali drops IPTV

The Italian internet service provider Tiscali has shut down its ADSL-based IPTV service, with poor subscriber take-up thought to be behind the decision to pull the service. The firm will continue marketing its high speed internet and phone services, and has said that there are no plans for its subsidiary in the UK to stop offering IPTV.
