DT and Vodafone to work together over VDSL

23 Dec 2008

Deutsche Telekom (DT) and Vodafone Germany have announced they will work together on the provision of VDSL broadband internet access, reports Reuters. To date 50 cities are covered by VDSL, but DT has been urging its rivals to help it roll out the technology to a much wider area, saying that the country would lose its competitive edge if it failed to do so. DT and Vodafone will begin next year by bringing VDSL to two more cities.
