Vodafone’s Dutch unit deploys KXEN next generation platform

Vodafone Netherlands has implemented KXEN’s next generation data mining application to help it reduce customer churn rates. ‘KXEN has helped us decrease churn by as much as 12% annually in some customer segments. This is a huge impact and you can see how valuable that is when judged against the industry average,’ said Director of Consumer Business Unit at Vodafone Netherlands, as quoted by M2 Communications.
