EasyCall to seek regulatory approval for WiMAX

One-time Filipino paging operator EasyCall Communications is reportedly seeking regulatory approval for the deployment of a WiMAX network. In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, EasyCall General Manager Renato Vicente R Martinez said company directors had approved plans for the application to the National Telecommunications Commission.
