SingTel bolsters ICT portfolio

Reuters reports that Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) has bought a 60% stake in IT services provider Singapore Computer Systems for USD99 million from Green Dot Capital, a unit of state investment firm Temasek Holdings, which is also SingTel’s parent company. The move will trigger a mandatory offer for all shares in Singapore Computer Systems.
