Cologne-based QS Communications (QSC) has posted revenues of EUR100.2 million (USD150 million) for the second quarter of 2008, up 26% year-on-year. The results were boosted by the growth in the number of unbundled local loops, which reached 467,100. EBITDA was up 30% to EUR14.2 million. The strong set of results has prompted QSC to raise its full year guidance for the second time. The operator now anticipates revenues of more than EUR405 million and an EBITDA of over EUR60 million. The company had previously been planning on revenues at the upper end of EUR385 million to EUR405 million, and EBITDA at the upper end of EUR50 million to EUR60 million.
