Cosmote halves international tariffs

Mobile operator Cosmote Romania, part of Greek group OTE, has reduced its prices for international voice calls to Europe, the US, Canada, and Israel by 50%, the company said in a statement. Rates for calls to landlines in Europe and landline and mobile numbers in the US, Canada, and Israel have been reduced from EUR0.30 per minute to EUR0.15 a minute. Per minute-rates to mobile phones in Europe fall from EUR0.45 to EUR0.23. All tariffs are exclusive of VAT.
