Qtel thinks inside the box

Qatar Telecom (Qtel) has launched ‘Office in a Box’, an all-in-one communications solution targeting small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The new product offers two pre-packaged communications and hosted service solutions in ‘Standard’ and ‘Premium’ offerings. Both products include broadband internet access, managed IP telephony/firewall/intrusion prevention, ‘Business Class’ e-mail and web hosting services. The ‘Premium’ package adds secure Wi-Fi networking and faster internet speeds. All necessary equipment is included with both the packages, including Cisco integrated service routers and internet protocol (IP) telephony handsets. ‘Office in a Box’ allows clients to pay a single bill as opposed to separate payments for internet, landlines and other related services.
