GTS Telecom plans EUR4m spend

The Romanian business services provider GTS Telecom says it plans to invest EUR4 million (USD6.2 million) in its network infrastructure in 2008, up 20% on last year’s spend. The operator also says it hopes to boost its client base by 30% to 1,600 businesses and expects 2008 revenues to reach EUR19 million, up 18% year-on-year, Business Standard Daily reports. ‘Our strategic objective is to continue the upward trend registered in previous years, in terms of both turnover and company efficiency. We will continue to focus on supplying personalised communication solutions for multinational and large companies,’ said GTS Telecom Romania’s country manager Dan Mihaiescu.
