North-Western seeks up to USD200m

Reuters reports that Russian regional telecoms operator North-Western Telecom (NWT), part of the Svyazinvest group, has announced a tender for lenders to provide it with funding of up to USD200 million via a three-year syndicated loan. NWT aims to borrow at least USD150 million, with an additional USD50 million if the market conditions are favourable, to fund its investment programme and refinance short-term debt.
