Telefonica fined for poor customer care

Public services regulator Superservicios has fined local telco Telefonica COP923 million (USD521,000) for problems with customer care, reports BNamericas citing a statement by the watchdog. According to Superservicios, Telefonica failed to receive, process and solve complaints lodged by its customers.
