Telekom Srbija considers Tus Telekom, reports says

Serbian fixed line operator Telekom Srbija is on the verge of buying a stake in Slovenian alternative telco Tus Telekom, reports Broadband TV News. Tus Telekom offers fixed line, broadband, IPTV and mobile services, and recently won a 3G licence via its Tus Mobil unit. Telekom Srbija is 80% state-owned, with Greek telco OTE holding the remainder.
