SingTel Mobile introduces SMS Plus service

Singapore Telecommunications Limited (SingTel’s) mobile arm SingTel Mobile has announced the launch of a new SMS Plus service, which it claims is first of its kind to be made available to monthly contract users in the country. The new product offers three value added features – automated out-of-office SMS, SMS copy and SMS divert – that allow users to better manage their SMS needs more effectively. Commenting on the launch of SMS Plus, SingTel vice president of consumer marketing Mr Wong Soon Nam said the service was targeted at busy executives, frequent travellers and people who carry more than one mobile phone.
