Australia-based eServGlobal, a developer of smart communication and payment services for telecoms service providers on any generation network, today announced that ZTE of China has selected its Top Up Suite eRetail and eVoucher solutions to provide pre-paid mobile recharge and voucher management services to Nepalese operator Nepal Telecom (NT). The Ozzie firm’s product will provide unified recharging services to five million users on NT’s GSM, CDMA and PSTN networks, it said. According to its press statement, eServGlobal’s top-up products are designed to cut the cost of transactions while increasing payment opportunities. eVoucher can unify all recharging methods, from any kind of channels using any type of funding, including voucher recharge codes, electronic funds, cash, bank accounts or credit cards. To eliminate voucher costs, eRetail enables service providers to manage and expand their distribution network efficiently. The contract with NT is the first signed under a new global framework agreement with ZTE to deliver mobile recharge services.
