Bank buys chunk of H1

Zagreb-based bank Stedbanka has bought a 42.56% stake in Croatian alternative fixed line and broadband network operator H1 Telecom (formerly Portus) for an undisclosed amount, reports Broadband TV News. According to TeleGeography’s GlobalComms database the telco was previously solely owned by Split-based Elektromagic Corporation, a firm controlled by its founder Zoran Curkovic.
