3P Networks seeks Cambodia frequencies

US firm 3P Networks, which provides telecoms services including triple play to blocks of flats, hospitals and hotel resorts, is in the final stage of negotiations with the Cambodian government to acquire spectrum in order to launch there, reports Digital Media Asia. The company is seeking a foothold in the South East Asia market, and said it is particularly interested in expanding into the emerging economies of Laos and Vietnam, both of which border Cambodia.
