Netia signs LoI to sell P4 stake

Netia has confirmed it has signed a letter of intent (LoI) to sell its 23% stake in wireless network operator P4 for EUR130 million (USD193 million) to Cyprus-based Tollerton Investments and Icelandic fund Novator. P4, which launched under the Play brand name in March last year, is currently a joint venture between Netia, Tollerton and Novator.
